Depending on the type of employment, different minimum pay is applied. The minimum pay in Delhi is as follows for various worker categories: Unskilled labor:  The monthly minimum pay for unskilled labour was 15,492. Workers with intermediate skills:  The semi-skilled minimum pay was $17,069 per month. Workers with skills:  The monthly minimum pay for skilled workers was 18,797. These rates are applied to employees who put in 8 hours every day. The workers were entitled to overtime pay if the working hours were longer than eight hours.
